Douglas Harding's experiments on videos

On : http://www.youtube.com/user/headlessway
This method of self-enquiry, sometimes called 'headlessness' or 'seeing who you really are' ('seeing' for short), has been pioneered by the English philosopher and workshop leader Douglas E. Harding, born in 1909. It is a contemporary approach which investigates the question Who am I? and suggests that you can see Who you really are here and now. It provides simple but deep awareness exercises that direct you to this Seeing within yourself. See www.headless.org

non dual drawings

Sometimes drawings can be effective pointers.
I discovered this blog http://advaitatoons.blogspot.com/
with nice cartoons.

in the awakened state, presence precedes thought

Resistance and being fully present

"The Way Out of Pain"
All Suffering is
ego-created
and due to resistance.
All inner resistance is
experienced as negativity in
one form or another. Negativity
ranges from irritation or
impatience to fierce anger,
from a depressed mood or
sullen resentment to suicidal
thoughts. All negativity is
resistance. You can stop
negativity from
arising by being fully present.

"Liberation Through Change"
Any external
conditions that
are being resisted
tend to shift or dissolve quickly
through surrender. It is a
powerful transformer of
situations and people.
If conditions do not shift
immediately, your acceptance
of the Now enables you
to rise above them.
Either way, you are free.
